About Us
Novi Most International works with young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) to equip them to face their futures with hope and confidence, and empower them to be instruments of positive transformation in their communities.
We work in 3 locations in BiH - Mostar, Capljina and Jajce. Our youth work is delivered by a mixed team of international self supporting workers and salaried local Christians, which helps us to integrate into the local communities where we work.

We are pursuing a strategy towards establishing a Bosnian and Herzegovinan-led and based youth organisation.
We have been working in BiH since our formation in the early 1990s and the work has steadily evolved and progressed to what it is today. Humanitarian aid during and immediately after the 1992-5 war, working with refugees, partnering with church summer camps, and since 2001 offering all year round youth ministry. Klub Novi Most, Mostar was established in 2001, Centar Novi Most, Capljina in 2007 and our ministry in Jajce began in 2010.
Novi Most is supported by individuals and churches in the UK and around the world. We were registered as a UK charity in July 1994 when the leadership of Spring Harvest realised that the needs in the country were ongoing. Together with the EA, Tearfund and Youth for Christ, they appointed a UK Director to gather support for workers on the ground...and the work has steadily grown to what it is today.
