Bosnia Herzegovina evening – start with a Meza - a large platter of arranged smoked meats, which usually includes some type of smoked ham (in traditional non-Muslim homes) and sausage thinly cut and beautifully presented with cheese, ajvar, hard-boiled eggs and freshly cut tomatoes, cucumbers or other salad vegetables. Bread is always served. Then serve fresh fruit and cream, icecream in cones or baklava and drink strong sweet coffee or fruit teas.
