Each of our locations in Bosnia and Herzegovina has a small core team of two or three people. We have international volunteers and local workers. All our international volunteers are self-supporting and raise the finances to be in Bosnia and Herzegovina themselves. Our local workers receive salaries which are sponsored by churches and individuals in the UK. We believe investing in them is a long-term investment in the future of youth work in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Please take some time to get to know our local workers and consider whether you could help fund them.
Our UK office is based in Chesham. Our team there work to promote the Novi Most story aroundd the UK and to support the team and the work in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our work would not be nearly as successful without the help of of part-time volunteers both in the UK and in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We have people who regularly come to Chesham to help us with our mailings, fundraising and promoting the work of Novi Most in the UK and beyond. We also have young people who volunteer with us in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Like every UK registered charity, we have a Board of Directors and trustees who help keep our work focussed and provide us with strategic oversight. If you would be interested in reading our Board reports, please don’t hesitate to contact us. You can find our Annual Accounts for the past few years on the Charity Commission website.
