In the middle of the May we had a day event for teens in Čapljina where we gathered people from all four of our locations for fun and friendship. The theme for the day was ‘The pursuit of happiness’, and we challenged the young people through games, discussion and talks to think about what makes them happy and finding fullness of life in Jesus.
It is evident that these times together are a great source of joy for our teenagers. Throughout the year at various events, camps and conferences, friendships are forged and they eagerly await every opportunity to spend time with one another.
As soon as the day ended one lad asked, “when are they coming again?”
One parent messaged afterwards to say: “Thank you so much, my son really enjoyed himself today. We underestimate how important it is for them to spend time together.”
