We are a matrix of Bosnian & Herzegovinian and British workers. We are based in four locations in Bosnia and Herzegovina with a support team in the UK.
We use our skills (creative, sport, linguistic and more!) to work alongside local youth, building connections with local communities and bridging divides.
We believe in the future of Bosnia & Herzegovina and we believe that this next generation of young people are key to its success.

What is the best part of your job? Spending time with young people, seeing them grow, and being a person they can come to for help and advice.
What is your best memory working with Novi Most? Doing summer festivals in Mostar where we brought together young people from both sides of the town. At first they were apprehensive but they soon saw that they had a lot in common and made new friendships..

There have been so many! Taking young people to the coast for the first time in their lives, performing with the Novi Most violin ensemble at the British Ambassador’s carol service, and organizing street art festivals in Jajce.

The weekend eight young people from BiH, Croatia, and Serbia came to my studio to record Hiljadu koraka — a song they had written together at Youth Camp in 2023. The song is now available on Spotify!

Being able to do what God has called me to do — working with young people and teaching music.
Favourite Memory at Novi Most:
Seeing young people grow in their musical abilities and deepen their relationship with God. Some of my best memories come from working with the band Underground.

One of the best things about working with young people in my country is getting to see them persevere, try new things and being determined to keep going.
Novi Most is a UK registerd charity and we are blessed to have great trustees with a wide range of knowledge and skills to support us in pioneering youth work in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
